When i turned my harman/kardon avr65 it flashes protect on the screen what could b the problem

In most cases this involves the audio output transistors or ic's in the receiver, the auto protector is sensing a short in the load. But lets do a couple of checks, turn down volume all the way, power off, remove all speaker wires from the back, now turn receiver on to see if protect comes back, if no! check wiring for any shorts and connect speakers one at a time leaving the volume down, if you find one that triggers the problem you have found the culprit, on the other hand if protection is triggered with all loads removed this would be a good time to get a technician to assess the situation.

Hi it is green then it turn red when i cut it off it go back to green , on the back all it has it off or auto/on what to do?

Something is causing it to go into protect mode. Auto on is best because it turns on when an audio signal is recieved. A sutten surge of sound can often cause it to protect itself. If this does not solve the problem, then you might have a bad amplifier in he unit. You can often replace that amp, but sometimes its just best to replace the whole unit. If the subwoffer is bad, it can also cause the unit to go into protect.

Card protect is on, unable to disable this.

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.
