We have a Hampton Bay fan and light kit Mod. # UCFO515 The transmitter/receiver are not talking to one another. Do you sell the unit to replace it?? Would appreciate your help.

did u check the frequency's each has the four little tabs that have to be matched. Its a simple up or down on 4 little keys. u almost need an eyeglass screw driver to move them. If the keys on the transmitter above the fan do not match the keys in the remote they r on different frequencys.

where exactly is the "transmitter above the fan"?
