Question about Kohler 12 kW Emergency Power System - 12RES-L
Hello. As these age, there is a tendency for a nonconductive layer to form on the connections between battery and starter, battery and ground etc. Disconnect these cables and clean then with emery cloth. Clean the battery posts. Reconnect all making sure the connections are tight. Spend extra time where the ground wire connects to the side of the unit. Scrub it clean and connect it tightly. Then REcharge the battery and crank it over. It should take off.
