switch off your phone than press green colour calling key with another finger * key with another finger 3 key. press these 3 keys and switched on your phone . when your phone displays FORMATING than you release the three keys.after few time your phone refresh as a new but you lost your all data including your ph. book msgs etc enjoy your new phone
