Down near the pump. Remove front panel and down near the pump you will see a knob the you twist off and thats your filter be careful. Water is probably still in the drum so when you remove that filter peice water will come out. Easiest way of doing it is to tilt the machine back and than remove it. Have a small bucket to catch the water. Remove whats in the filter than replace making sure its tight.

Super general washing machine continue pump running and show e12

The error code E12 on a Super General washing machine indicates a drainage issue. This could be caused by a few different things:
  1. Clogged drain hose: The drain hose that carries the water from the washing machine to the drain may be clogged. Check the drain hose to make sure that it is not blocked by debris.
  2. Drain pump: The drain pump is responsible for pumping the water out of the washing machine. If the pump is clogged or damaged, it will not be able to pump the water out and the machine will display an E12 error.
  3. Drain filter: The drain filter is located in the drain pump and is responsible for trapping debris that may clog the drain hose. Check the drain filter to make sure it's not clogged.
  4. Control board: The control board manages the washing machine's functions and if it's faulty it can cause the drain pump to run continuously and display the E12 error.
It's recommended to first check the drain hose, drain pump, and drain filter to see if they are the cause of the issue. If these are all clear, the problem may be with the control board, which will require professional repair. Please be careful when checking the drain pump and filter, as the water may be hot if the machine is in the middle of a cycle.

Dishwasher will not drain out. Is it a clogged drain, bad pump or something else. Model # DU1015XTXS2, Serial # F05301668 and the Type # 575-1. Where is the drain plug located? I have not used this...

Hi
Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

I have a Fisher & Paykel dish drawer model number DD603 and it is not draining. Any tricks?

Hi

Dishwasher not pumping issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. Check the drain hose for any visible clogging, remove if present. If no visible lint is present then remove then turn off the dishwasher and remove the drain hose and check for any visible clogging. If still not visible then the drain filter or drain pump is clogged and you’ll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump.

Please check the parts manual for your dishwasher, check the drain pump & drain filter's location from the link---

Fisher and Paykel Dishwasher DD603 Parts Manual

Please note that dishwashers don’t pump out the complete water such that heating element doesn’t overheat. Please post back for any further assistance.

MY AMANA WASHER WILL NOT DRAIN

HI, check the following to address this issue.

1. Clogged drain line or water pump
Check to see if there's something stuck inside the pump or the drain hose connected to the pump (pump is usually located at the bottom and towards the back of the washing machine).

2. Water Pump
If the drain line isn't clogged, you may have a problem with the water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's the case replace the water pump. Note: if you have a belt driven washer, check the belt(s) for cracks, as this would be a perfect time to replace the belt(s) if needed.

3. Drain Filter
Check the drain filter for clogs as well. This filter can become clogged overtime, preventing the free flow to exit the drain tube. It is located inside the unit, mounted on the pump housing.

**The most common issue will be an obstructed hose or, line

NOTE-If the hoses filter, and pump check out ok, this will confirm that there is a serious within the actual control sector(Timer module or control board). It should be replaced i this case.
