Try unpluging mouse sensor from usb port.

Shut down pc.Start up pc.

Plug mouse sensor back into usb port.

Windows should reinstall hardware automaticly.

If not reinstall drivers for it.

Logitech cordless mouse is not working, the USB part was not lit after puck-in


-try to use the mouse on a diffrent computer.
-if not working you can replace the receiver or the usb of your mouse, you cant check the usb availability at logitech.com and check for the spare parts.
-if not available you ned to but a new mouse.

My cordless mouse doesn't work now that I installed Vista program


Try disconnecting the mouse ,turn off the computer ,then turn plug back in the mouse and let Vista find it. If that doesn't work go to the control panel and use install new hardware.

Gken, assuming your new mouse and keyboard are USB go into the BIOS of your PC and check if USB mouse and USB keyboard are enabled. If not, enable them, that would fix the problem.

kiratae, have you tried using XP drivers for that mouse? According to logitech the v220 is certified for vista, did you plug in the little USB receiver?
