This can be fixed by re-checking the components installed in the CPU cabin.

My dell cpu geting a sound and my monitor is not geting screen

Videocard problem ? i dont think so but lets try , if disconnect the monitor when start the monitor if is disconnected then a little banner with NO SIGNAL apears on screen then there is no problem with the monitor . it falls off also because of the priority of the sound you are telling ,heared all the time before if so.but something other there is a problem but mostly there are most suspected one or more convex topped or leaking capacitors in the power supply FIRST replace to try this the power supply by a simple standard power supply if you will do not self a repair or can not do a soldering repair , the scratching sound is in priority important to let me think that these are there inside the power supply if you do it repair yourself some components that must replace in the 10Volts and maybe between 1000 till 2200 uf(microfarrad) that kind of capacitors it could be only one capacitor but its important to replace if its 10V with a 16V one but with the same or little higher capacity. if powersupply has a problem a scratching sound is there then its most of the time right. beyond all exceptions. suc7.

Turn off tamper on gardtec 350 so I can fix socket

If you are disarmed, you should only get a trouble signal when you remove AC power, This should clear when power is re-established. The tamper is a switch inside the panel that trips when the door is opened. This too should be only a trouble if the panel is not armed. (Unless the tamper is programmed for instant alarm like a panic or fire alarm input.) Check your manual for the programming instructions for bypassing or disabling the tamper. Another thing you can do is disconnect the backup battery before removing the AC power, this will stop any alarms, but you should notify your monitoring company first.

Why my fridge freezer keeps beeping four hort beeps

Temperature alarm
If the temperature becomes too warm, an alarm will sound and the temperature display will flash. The temperature the appliance is set at will determine when the alarm is triggered.
The alarm will sound and the display will flash under the following conditions:

  • - whenevertoomuchwarmairflows into the appliance, for example when food is being loaded, re-arranged, or taken out.
  • - wheneverlargeamountsoffoodare being frozen at once.
  • - whenevertherehasbeenalengthy interruption of the power supply. Door alarm
If the appliance door is left open for longer than approx. 60 seconds, the alarm signal will sound.

Switching the alarm system ON
The alarm system is always active. It does not need to be switched on manually.
Switching the alarm OFF early
Once the set temperature has been reached in the freezer section, the alarm signal stops and the temperature display stops blinking. If the alarm signal bothers you, it can be switched off early.
^ Press the alarm off button. The alarm signal will stop. The temperature display will continue to blink until the set temperature has been reached. The display then stops blinking, and shows a steady reading. At this point, the alarm system is ready again if needed.

Philips 42pfl5432d/37 flat screen lcd tv has no picture or sound only the orange standby light illuminates the IR board has power except pins 3 and 4 of cn001 circuit should have about 3 volts but has 0...

The standby power supply is workingbut the rest of the power supply is not working, if it will not come on with power switch on the TV, then there is no need to look at the IR board signal (pulses, not steady DC).
You need to look and find out if the power supply is getting the PS_ON signal from the main board or not.
Please note that bad cap can look normal but can have high ESR.

2003 honda accord alarm problem

Check Brake pedal sensor (contact behind pedal), this part tends to break on alot of Hondas it will apear broken most likely. If that's not the issue you could try to check or pull fuses that are associated with the alarm (check owners manual). To overide the shifter there is a small tab next to the shifter itself pop this up with a screwdriver and then depress the tab underneath, while depressing the tab shift the vehicle out of gear. You may ask why the brake pedal sensor? When you change your car into gear from park you have to depress the brake pedal, when you depress the brake pedal the sensor becomed engaged and sends a signal to the cpu which sends a signal to a sensor by your shifter and unlocks it. If the brake pedal sensor is broken or faulty it will not engage properly and there will be no signal sent.

Monitor comes on, I can see everything perfect then goes black

"Most" newer monitors will let you know if the are no longer receiving a signal. Sounds like the backlight is burnt out. Try getting a bright (LED works best) flashlight and shining it at the screen at all angles to see if you can see any of what you were doing. If the backlight is on the fritz, either return it on warranty or buy a new one.
