Question about Whirlpool LER4634J Electric Dryer
See the link below, then click on the picture and take a close look at Part reference #24 - these are drum support rollers. Yours may be worn out or partially siezed. This happens after several years. The diagram may not be exact for your model but should give you a pretty good idea of what's going on. If you do elect to change the rollers, they should all be changed, not just one. You might want to take this opportunity to also check the belt and the belt tensioner near the motor.
