Try replacing the toner if you have another one, even old one should be ok to test, if not the look at the toner drum and see if there is any marks on it.

You have a defective cartridge. It just happens sometimes, you should be able to return it where ever you got it for a replacement cartridge or refund.

Iam getting black copies and striped copies on my hp 3035 printer but i can still see the text

This issues looking printer head problem. check the following Steps for cleaning printer head :

Click on the Start button if you have Windows XP. If you have Windows Vista, click the Windows icon that resides in the lower left corner of your computer screen.

Click on "Control Panel," then "Printers and Other Hardware." Finally click on "View Installed Printers or Fax Printers."

Right-click on the name of your printer and choose "Printing Preferences." This should open a new window; next look for a tab or button marked Maintenance, or something similar.

Find the button that says "Print heads" or "Clean the Print heads" and click on it. You may be asked to choose which print heads; choose them all if you are. Make sure there is paper and ink in your printer, and that it is turned on ahead of time.

Take out the page your printer has printed and see if there are any grids or boxes missing. If there aren't, then you can just exit the program--your print heads are not clogged. If there are grids missing, then click on the "Cleaning" or similarly worded button.

Once the cleaning process has completed, print another page to be sure that your print heads are no longer clogged. If they are still clogged, repeat Steps 1-5 until your printer is printing clearly.

Receivng a fax and printing pages has vertical

Its ether the toner cartridge or the fuser. send one page to the printer and open the cover when the page is under the cartridge. Pull the cartridge out and look at the page. If you can see the line its the cartridge if not its the fuser. I think its the cartridge. Thank you, Steven 805-520-3003

NO PRINT ON RECEIVED FAXES just replaced with brand new cartridges. if we fax, they receive but we cannot ...we receive blank pages...do you know where we can obtain a manual?

- can you print on this MFP..? if not then you got a printer problem, toner, etc.
When they fax you -does your MFP pick up the line- you should notice this activity, if none then you got a phone line problem most likely

Hp m3035 won't print page comes out warm but no toner

Load paper in tray 1. Print a few pages, as it's printing open the top cover, remove the toner, look at the paper in the printer. Does it have printing on it? If it does, the laser/scanner is working. It could be the transfer roller, it could be Hi Voltage Power Supply. Look in Print Quality Menu/Toner Density. Increase the density.
