you can usually reinstall or update device drivers by right clicking on the device in device manager and selecting Update driver.and then selecting install the drivers automaticaly.
If windows does not find a driver for the device you can usually get driver for free from driverguide.com

i think that you Must reformat your pc , and reinstal the driver , after he Work well i think , iwas wioth the same problam whith My epson stylus c91 , but after reformat he work with no problam
