Hope you had deleted some files that relate to your system files.
Try to repair your system by Inserting your Windows XP Service Pack2. in your CD/DVD ROM and boot it again.
And if it's not working than you must format your system. And installed it. Here are the procedure to repair/install for reference. Thanks for Using FixYa All the Best!

It says my windows xp professional is not genuine or you may be a victim of software counterfeiting, therefore it is working very slowly now.....what to do ?

Tell the person that installed it for you to refund your money (if they charged you). If it was a business, report them to Microsoft and you will be given an opportunity to buy a legit lisence.

If you are looking for info on how to re-pirate it to remove the warning, you won't find it here.

Volume licenece key in my pc has been bloked i dont now what to do plz help me

> volume license key has been blocked

If you work for an organization that has licensed, in "bulk", copies of Microsoft Windows, then your I.T. department would have received a "volume" license-key, i.e., one license-key spanning _every_ licensed computer, not one unique license-key _per_ every computer. If so, contact your local I.T. department, and ask them why Microsoft is now "blocking" usage of computers that are using that "volume" license-key.

Or, if you are using a "bootleg" copy of Windows XP, i.e., somebody outside of the organization that licensed that "volume" license-key has ILLEGALLY used that license-key to install Windows on your computer, then you need to purchase license of a "genuine" copy of Windows XP.

See: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/

for details on how to "get genuine".

Why i could not intall windows media player 11

You are getting this message because your product key (windows XP key) is blocked they call it Blocked Volume License Key. To Verify this visit microsoft.com and validate your windows (or try googling with terms "Validate Windows") after running the test you will be confirmed.
The solution is you need to buy a new key from the microsoft
This could be done on the same page.

This copy of Windows did not pass genuine validation

according to the statements which you have specified the computer says that the operating system you are using is not an original software and may be a pirated version.i can suggest you two things. if you have bought the operating system xp as an original one from a dealer contact the support of microsoft and sort your problem immediately. but if you have installed the operating system from a pirated version, enter a new volume license key and switch off windows update. you will be under risk if you are updating a pirated version of xp.thanks for using fixya!.please dont forget to rate my solution.

Changing lisence keys

no, Vista product key is no good for XP, if the last owner of the pc had a genuine copy of either he should have put a sticker on the back of the pc with the product key code on, on the underside of a notebook, if neither, you will have to purchase a new license from microsoft

Volume lisece key blocked

This probably caused by the Microsoft WGA (Windows Genuine Advantage) update. It is only supposed to impact illegal copies of Microsoft Windows but I have been reading many stories from users who claim their copies of Windows are legal and still get the warning you mentioned.

You could try re-naming wgatray.exe and wgalogon.dll in your /windows/system32/ folder
and rebooting your computer.
