I advice you scan the network for virus and secondly, i suggest you uninstall the printer driver and reinstall back after uninstalling, because it is possible that the printer driver is somehow corrupt to be given such problem.

Also, makesure the printer is set as default printer, besides, you don't need to switch off the printer every now and then before you can get it to print, all you need do if it is offline, is to go to printer and faxes, click on it, go to the specify printer and right click on the printer, scroll down to use printer online and click, with this, your printer will be ready to print and you can now print, saves energy of switching it off everytime. As for the excel worksheet with graphics, uninstall the printer driver and reinstall back on your system, this should fix the problem.

Take care.

    Hi Thanks for that

I don't think there is printer online option in WIndows 7, just troubleshoot and it identifies that the printer is offline and suggests switching it off and on!!

In this case, i would suggest you uninstall the printer driver from your system and reinstall back to see if it will fix the irregularity,

    Take care

Printer Pings Fine, Installed Correct and still failed to print.

ok let your c6180 continue the way it is now re-install your officejet k8600.
and do not switch of the other printer while doing this..
If you need any help either ask me or contact hp customer support at 1800-474-6836 and they will give you phone assistance and if u have a high internet connection then they will also be able to take a remote session with your computer and make both printers work while you can sit back and relax and watch what is happening.

what has happened here is your new all in one printer has taken the wireless settings of your officejet printer.
so when you reinstall the officejet printer then the officejet printer will automatically detect and create its own wireless settings diffrent from the photosmart printer and both will then work.Cheers and hope you have a wonderful year ahead of you
