There should be a bottom panel you can remove to unplug the cmos battery (looks like a big watch battery). I would try disconnecting for a few minutes and the reconnect and reboot. If the laptop still will not boot try removing the ram. Reboot and see if you get anything on screen. If so replace components one at a time (ram sticks one at a time) and boot in between to see if it will start. You may have a bad piece of ram.
