Go to the manufacturers webpage and download the driver software, make sure its the correct one and the most recent too. Then just follow the setup and you should be good.

This is related to a missing drivers for a piece of hardware in your computer. Often these messages are due to features that users do not even use, and I would suggest leaving it alone unless there is some hardware feature which is not working for you.

Alternatively, you may go to the manufactuer's website for you computer, and download all of the drivers on the driver page and install them.

This should rectify the "new device" message.

go to http://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29 clic on lancer la detection than download and install a small application after that you will see a new window in your browser with all informations abou=t your devices and there missing drivers just clic on the name of the driver with blue colour and download it directly from the website hope it works for you

is this just a typical usb or an external hard disk? if it's just a usb, you dont need to install it.if its an external hd you really need it's software
