Psp's can't read *.iso files. But if you get a video converter, (WM converter, DVD Decrypter, Any Video Converter--Just to name a few free ones.) you can convert it to *.mp4 and then manually copy on to your PSP like a flashdrive. (In the VIDEO file)

Hello There, :) i've updated my PSP to version

you wont be able to play .iso files(games in the iso folder) because you updated to Sony's official firmware. but in order to play .iso files again you will have to hack you psp and make sure its running cfw(custom firmware).

How to upload a psp game

Hi If you would like to help out other people by giving a little something. It is very easy to upload games to Note: Don't do this if you don't know how-to use homebrew from the first place...
Here is my guide
What you need PlayStation Portable v. 1.50 Memory Card 512MB 1GB 2GB. Game to rip Burnout Syphon Filter etc Internet Connection DSL Cable. USB Cable or USB to Mini-B.
1. Insert the UMD and the memory card into the PSP. 2. Go to the Game Section, and choose Fast Loader v.7. 3. When started select Dump Inserted UMD. Note: This will take a long time; 10-15 min. 4. Once done, exit out, and go hook up your PSP to your computer. USB Mode. 5. Go to My Computer then Removable Device. 6. Inside that go to ISO you will see My Latest ISO.iso. 7. Take that and move it to your Desktop. Note: May take 8-15 min. Random. 8. Right click and choose Archive. Natoe: May take 20-25 min. 9. Open up My Computer and in the top bar go to Tools, then Folder Options. 10. Click the tab that says View, then in the middle of that list uncheck Hide File Ext... 11. Then go back to your Desktop and right click the file. And choose Rename, rename to what ever you want; sistersParty.rar. Note: Make sure nobody can figure out it is a ISO; SistersParty.rar 12. Then after you type in what you would like to call it. Add .PSP to it; ex. sistersParty.PSP. 13. Now uploading time, this may be the longest thing of all; open up your web browser and type in 14. Locate the Game, and hit upload. Note: Don't fill in any other field. 15. Wait... Wait... Wait... And Wait... 16. Once done, you will get a URL of the game. Your done! Note: When posting the URL here, don't forget to tell them to rename it to; sistersParty.rar then Un-Rar it. That's is just an example.

All CFW with the PSP3000 are quite buggy; have you tried another ISO of the game? Also, have you tried the other drive emulation modes?

Your best bet is to find another upload of the ISO or just buy the game.
