Power off the printer and power on after few minutes, while the printer is loading or booting, pull out the plug from the AC outlet and wait for minutes before plugging it back and power on, see if this fix the problem, if the problem still persist, hold the stop button for 5 seconds and see if it fix the problem, if not, i believe the printer is still under warranty, you can return it to the dealer to help fix the problem.
