I don't show a code for that brand of TV, however, you can perform a
power scan to see if you can find a code on the remote that will work. Power scan instructions below...
Remote: Basic Remote (Television Only)
Turn the Television On.
Press and hold the clear TV button for three seconds until the LED flashes.
Press and release the red TV Power button.
Press and release the Up or Down Arrow button once every second on the remote until the television turns off.
After the television turns off, press and release the OK button.
Test functionality with the TV.
Return to Step 2 if the remote is not able to turn the TV On/Off, change the volume and mute the television.
There
are times that TV sound problems does not require you to call for a
technician. Some TV sound problems are just easy to repair, and you can
just do it yourself. Try to do this one:
1. Press the "Mute" button on the
remote control or press the "Volume Up" button. The most common cause of
no sound is accidental use of the television's "Mute" function.
2. Make sure the speaker source
switch on the back of the television is switched to "Int" if you are
using the television's speakers and "Ext" if using surround sound. If
not set properly, you will not hear the television sound.
3. Access the television's equalizer by pressing the "Menu" button,
selecting "Sound" and then "Equalizer." A list of sound options will
appear on the screen. Use the up and down arrow buttons to select the
option you want to adjust, and the right and left arrow buttons to make
adjustments to the option. You should use this method of adjusting the
sound settings if the audio output is in some way unusual.
4. Check the surround sound speaker wires and make sure they are secured to
the audio jacks on the back of the television. In addition, ensure that
the surround sound speakersare powered on.
If it does not work still. Contact your service provider.

Please read all before starting! I'm a woman too. The first thing you have to do when your tv no longer has a picture is to determine whether or not the television needs to be repaired. The way to determine this is to perform some troubleshooting. The easiest thing to do is to turn the television on and turn the volume up and down on the television remote while looking at the screen. Do you see the volume bar going up and down as usual? Or is the volume of the tv set going up and down, and you can hear the volume increasing and decreasing but you cannot see any volume bar as usual? Also you can press the menu or display or info button (whichever of these your television remote has) and see if any writing whatsoever appears on the screen. I am asking you to use your television remote at this point, which is the one that came in the box with your television (not your converter box or cable box or satellite tv receiver or surround sound remote--I am speaking of your actual television remote).
I do understand that some people don't use their television remotes and disregard them putting them in a drawer or somewhere else and can't get to them. So if that's the case you can use the buttons on your television itself. There should be a volume up and a volume down button but DON'T push the channel buttons or the source/input button.
Ok if you see the volume bar going up and down or some menu or display information that is good. That means the television is ok (most likely). Then the problem would be with the stuff that you've got connected to your television or with the stuff you're connecting it with. Just try connecting something else to your television with the same cables, and then if there is no picture with new stuff connected try connecting the new stuff with a new cable. Remember that when you are connecting stuff to a television you have to select a corresponding input/source on the television in order to view it. The back of the television is labeled. If you plug something into video 2 or input 1 then you have to select that on your source/input button on your tv remote or tv panel.
If you isolate your problem to your cable box or satellite receiver or your cable service then you can contact the cable company or satellite company directly. Your box may need to be rebooted or replaced by them. It might also be a setting in the box. If you can do some of the troubleshooting and get back to me I can help you further when something has been ruled out or a problem has been isolated.

It seems as if the Picture-in-Picture feature of your television is activated. Please take a look at the remote control and find the PIP button and press it, this should bring the picture into full-screen and allow you to hear the audio.
The TV usually hums when the backlight setting is too low. So turning
it up should get rid of the problem. To do this please follow these
instructions:
1. Turn the TV on.
2. Press the Menu button on the remote, located right below the channel changing button.
3. Press the down direction button, located at the middle of the remote. Press that button until the backlight is highlighted.
4. Press the right direction button until the backlight is at 100.
5. Press the OK button and then the Exit button until you get back to your picture.
Probably, the selftest fails while turning on. If this is the case, press input&menu buttons at the same time for 5 seconds, then the green led will start to blink. Let me know how many times the led blinks.
