If you have Bluetooth Enabled Device such as Mobile phone etc. You just need to enable the Bluetooth in Computer as well as Mobile. Once the Bluetooth is enabled, open the Bluetooth Software in the Computer and pair your mobile. The first time pairing will ask for the Passcode also. You can type 1234 or Some Computers will also generate automated Passcode.

Unfortunately, your phone doesn't have File Transfer Profile (FTP) in bluetooth, you'll need to use its USB cable to transfer files between PC and phone, it's a standard micro-USB (5-pin micro-USB 2.0) cable.

I don't know how to send pictures via bluetooth

Go to the Android market and download an app called Bluetooth File Transfer. This will allow you to send files but also to use your phone to browse external devices (eg phone or pc/laptop) remotely once paired with it.

You can use the Edit, copy & paste function to move the files over.
