Question about Cell Phones
Posted by Anonymous on
Hell. I work for BlueCosmo satellite Communications, and I am a repair tech of 5 years. What is it that you are trying to get set up for the caller I.D. on the Iridium phone. The phone itself will display its own number when you call out, and it will show numbers coming in, which can be enabled or disabled. However it will only show the number if it is coming in by means of a direct dial. This means if they are calling the sat phone from the 2-stage dialing system it will not show up, but if they call your sat phone directly then it will. If you have any other questions, or if you would like to enquire about upgrading to a newer Iridium sat phone, repairs of satellite phones or BGAN internet terminls, or if you need any airtime service call us at 877-258-3496, or direct at 206-452-5982, and you can visit our web site at www.BlueCosmo.com

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
