Click on 'View' at the top left cornern of uor Internet Explorer page. Now point the cursor over 'toolbars'. That should open up a small menu. Now select the toolbar that you want by clicking on the appropeiate entry. You can check or uncheck whatever toolbars you want this way.

If you are satisfied with my 'solution' or have no other questions, please take a moment and close the problem by assigning a FIXYA rating for my 'solution'. I would be very grateful for your show of appreciation. Thank you for using FIXYA!

Screen on side

You can use the desktop toolbar on your computer to help you navigate around your computer, gaining access to programs and files. You may have previously moved the toolbar to the side of your desktop intentionally or accidentally. You can move the toolbar back to its original position at the bottom of the screen and lock it in place to prevent it from being accidentally moved in the future.

Right-click on the toolbar at the side of your desktop with your mouse. Locate the "Lock the toolbar" option in the drop-down menu. If it has a tick next to it, this means it is secured in place. Left-click on the button with your mouse to unlock the toolbar. Left-click on the toolbar, and drag it to the bottom of the screen. Right-click on the toolbar, and select "Lock the toolbar" to fix the toolbar in place at the bottom of the screen. Hope this helps.

I deleted too much from my Yahoo search toolbars. I am now down to 2 lines at teh top and the place to enter the web address isn't one of them. How do I get that capability back?

To change the Toolbar settings:
• Start Internet Explorer, click View and then point to Toolbars.

• If there is not a check mark next to Address Bar, click Address Bar to place the check mark. If there is a check mark next to Address Bar, click Address Bar to remove the check mark, and then click Address Bar to place the check mark.

• If the Address bar is in the upper right corner and not available, right-click Address, and then click Lock the Toolbar to remove the check mark.

• ClickAddress, and then drag the Address bar where you want it.

Browser window problems

You probably have IE in the full screen mode:
hit F11, it should bring it back to normal.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
