I did all that and the little propellers seem to be free. I tried to pit it on spin and it seems that the drum is not moving, could that be the problem, it is draining, but the drum won't move.

DO YOU HAVE THE TOP DOOR CLOSED ? cause its going to drain but the drum will stand still due to a switch located underneath where the top door rest.
