Question about Samsung PS50Q91HD 50 in. HD-Ready Plasma TV
The problem is from a capacitor inside the television, it is actually weak and as soon as it is getting heated, it starts to malfunction which results in the cracking up and dropping out on the screen you are noticing.
All you have to do is to open up the back cover of the television you will see some compartments with metal sheets that has tiny holes, unscrew them, they are covering the main board of the television.
After opening up the compartments, test the capacitors and check for the shaky one and replace it. Also any one you detect that it has swollen, replace it. couple the television back together and plug it to a power source and turn it on, and your television will be okay once again.
