I HAVE A CARRIER WEATHER MAKER AIR CONDITIONER ABOUT 10 YR S OLD STILL WORKS GOOD MODEL 38TXA024300 CAN'T REMEMBER THE BTU OR TONAGE CAN YOU HELP ANSWER?? HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE IT SERVICED AN WHO DO I CALL CANNOT FIND MY ORIGINAL PAPERWORK
The answer is in your model number looks like a 2.5 ton number is that the right model # call any dealer should be able help. every 12,000 btus equal 1 ton good luck.
