Hi,

Hi, this message appears and I can't receive messages...but can send. Any ideas? Unable to logon to the server using Secure Password Authentication. Account: 'mail.btinternet.com', Server:...

I do not like Outlook, it is not good, I choose to use IncrediMail, I think it is good, you can try this, reset the details, and it will not appear that problem. You can get it here:

Incredimail is just a shell for outlook express that add more functionality.
Go online to your ISP provider and get the email setting for outlook express.
Now enter the account settings into Incredimail. (link to howto page)

Hope this fixes it for you.

Need to change my Outlook Express password but can't find out how

Call your Internet Service Provider.
They can change the password for your E-mail account on their mail-server.
Then, the next time that you open Outlook Express,
you'll get a chance to type your "new" password.

I was using Incredimail and I am now using Outlook Express but I miss all the features I got with Incredimail. Is there anything like it that I can use in O. E.

1st of all congratulations on not using incredimail anymore. thats a horrible advertising program.

If you are missing some features, try upgrading further and use Microsoft Outlook 2007. It has alot more features than O.E. and incredimail

After a lengthy chat with a technician at HP, I have found out that the only email programs supported in this manner are Outlook, Outlook Express, and Windows Mail. It is a no-go for all others. Sorry.

I am trying to get my e-mails from Incredimail switched over to Outlook 2007? can you help me?

As I understand from other sources online, Incredimail and Outlook use the same file formats. There is a export option in the menu of Incredimail, use that tool to export mail and contacts to Outlook. Once exported, take that file and use the import tool in Outlook (point it to the new export folder Incredimail just created) to import the mail and whatever else you decide to import.
Hint: The 'import' and 'export' tools are usually under the 'File' menu or 'Tools' menu.
