Question about LG TROMM WM2688H 4.0 cu.ft. Front Loading SteamWasher
HI. This will be a main PCB fault. The main board has failed. Anytime you have a fault this serious, it will always lead to the main PCB. With that said, I will need you to check your home breaker box for a tripped circuit breaker. Make sure that every breaker in your home box is set to the on position(closed circuit). You have stated in your post that this unit is completely inoperable"wont even turn on". If this is correct, the main PCB will need to be replaced if the circuit breaker is in the on position and not tripped. Also, make sure the power cable is plugged into the socket, properly. If needed, use a voltage meter to test the home plug socket on the wall to verify that there is indeed power running to the unit, as designed. Once you have verified that the power is getting to the unit, this will confirm the failure of the main PCB. This board is located and mounted on the inside wall of the cabinet. Some disassembling will be required to extract the affected part. The part number for your new board will be EBR32268004.
