if problems like this occur, the functional ic is damage. The functional ic is the ic that control the functions of the system. Once it is damage it has to be replace.
To locate the functional ic, open the player, the ic is in front of the player clip to the board of the player. unplug it and replace with a compatible one gotten from electrical store.
