I assuming you want to install a new video card. Enter the BIOS and change from "onboard" to maybe PCI, PCI-e ,PCI 1x etc, shutdown the PC install your card. Start PC and install the software for the new GPU if windows 8 doesn't have a driver of its own.

Yup this used pc has a superior processor running at 2.8 Ghz, more ram, and a better video card. Also windows 7 is a 64 bit system and it runs better even on slower pcs because its more compatible for dual core processors. Enjoy your faster pc.

This is older type of motherboard, made by Asus and supporting Intel Pentium 4, 775pin processor (LGA775). It will support DDR2 to the value of 4GB, it will support 64bit operating system. it have single PATA port, SATA is present but no RAID configuration.

This motherboard requires PCI video card, there is noAGP port and no build in graphics. System is based on Intel G31 Express chipset.

Theoreticaly this motherboard should accept all Intel Pentium for 775 pin processors, albeit early production may need BIOS flush with latest BIOS.

List of processors accepted:
