Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Instruction Manual

I had the same problem. If you are in Australia, the Dimplex Customer Service number is 1300 6739 033. I phoned and they are mailing me the instructions. Maybe don't say you bought the machine at a garage sale.
If you are not in Australia, try the way I did to get your local customer service number - Google the product number and go to the Dimplex website, and there should be a "Contact Us' button with a phone number or mailing address.

SOURCE: air con just blows hot air s type jag

With the key in the off position; remove the RDO BAT fuse for at least 10 seconds then replace the fuse; turn on or start the vehicle and try the A/C again. Removing the fuse should reset blend actuators

Hoffwel Air Con Remote

I have found 1/2 the time there is some type of liquid that has gotten inside the remote and not dried but become a film that will make connections as described, corrosion on the contacts and battery also will cause this on the boards, wipe the board down with acetone, otherwise its damaged and needs replacement.

All is not lost, local a/c man can get a multi manufactor one and "tune" it in for you at a price...l was quoted $180. So try your local A/c man.

English instructions for gree aircon y502k

Hello there in China!! I am sorry you are freezing you're **** off, LoL. Not funny I know. I can't find nothing in English for the name you gave me. I would think that whom ever runs this Hotel would be of service to you as you are a guest there and a paying customer there. I do not know there customs however . Depending how long you will be in this hotel, I would try to find someone there that would be able to translate these buttons for you, even if you offer a small amount of currency to help you. You shouldn't have to go through this!! They should have a maintenance person there to help with these problems, so contact the front desk. I hope this leads you in the right direction, I would not put up with this! You are a guest.
Sincerely,
Shastalaker7

Air Con E12HKE which is not giving any Hot air.

check to see if the wiring harnes has not come loose from the heating element. Check the heating element itself to insure that it is in good shape. To actually test a heating coil you will need an electrical meter one that has an ohm setting. Place the setting to "ohm" and disconnect the wiring from one side of the heater coil marking them to insure they go back the same way. Now take the meter connect one probe to the end of the element and the other probe to the other end of the element. If the meter gives you a signal that means you coil is good so the last thing to check would be your high limit switch. This switch turns off the heater in the event it gets too hot. They are usually preset at the factory for a specific temp. If the high limit switch has burned out heater won't work either. This switch looks like a silver button and has 2 wires going to it. Easy to remove and replace and inexpensive to buy Take model and serial numbers to appliance supply for the correct parts for you unit. Good Luck
