Question about VinoTemp VT32TEDS2Z (3 cu ft) Wine Cooler

1 Answer

We purchased the Vino Temp VT32TEDS2Z about 15 months ago, and we've had nothing but problems with it. First, both fans went out and were replaced. Now the refrigerator has quit cooling. One side cools to 82 degrees, the white wine side is stuck at 68 degrees. Do you know if this problem is fixable? If so, how? If it's not fixable, please recommend a reliable, quiet wine refrigerator and approximate price range.

Not particularly. It appears there is no solution to this problem. It confirmed that we have a "lemon" and that we'll have to pursue this with Vino-Temp.

Hi, I have a Technogym crosstrainer with touch screen and built in TV/Radio tuner. The (+) & (-) symbols on the bottom are getting harder and harder to initiate for tension adjustment. if I press hard and move my thum in a circular motion they will work but i'm afraid of damaging the screen, can anyone please advise me if cleaning or a hard reset will sort this? if it will does anyone know where I can find out how to hard reset as this came with no instruction manual. thanks in advance. What is the ADC board, and how much does it cost? Also, how do you install it?

We've placed the wine refrigerator in an enclosed space (3 sides) under our wet bar. We pulled the refrigerator out several inches from the wall to allow warm air from the fan to circulate. Is this enough room for the air, or do we need to place it in an area open on 3 sides to allow the refrigerator to exhaust warm air from the cooling unit?

    Hi, Kachi,

Can you please look at my July 9 question re: the placement of the refrigerator.

Thanks very much. If I've outstayed my welcome, please let me know.

The engine Temp gauge got real close to "H"but went down soon as i got rolling. Also engine cooling fans not coming on. even when i engaged AC. the fans are electric. . .?

The reason that you drive and engine cools down is that cool wind is blowing in the grille in front of the car and when you stop, that natural wind stops cooling it down.
First check the fan fuse. If it is OK check the fan itself: just apply wires on the connector of the fan and attache it to the battery (dont mix "+" and "-") If fan will not start, replace the fan motor. If it starts check for the Fan Motor Relay

Chanches are it is probably the fan. Anything over 15 miles an hour the fan is no longer needed. I would get a cheap hydrometer and make sure your antifreeze is still good.

Vivitar camera not turning on

Unfortunately, these VINO (Vivitar In Name Only) cameras are cheap no-name cameras. The original Vivitar company went out of business decades ago and the name was sold to a manufacturer of crummy hardware. If you just recently purchased this camera, take it back for a refund. If you have had it for a while, then you've gotten your money's worth out of it and it's time to buy a new camera. I would suggest spending a little more and buying a Canon or Nikon camera.

I have a 96 honda accord and the fan runs after I turn off the car for 15 minutes. I just replaced the thermostat

That is normal but on the "long side" of normal. If the engine temp is good while driving, the temp sensor may be slightly out of range, but if its either very hot outside or the engine is running hotter than normal that can influence it as well. That part, you have to consider as I can't see what is going on there.

2 years is normal, I`ve seen some fail in 12-15 months, fans run when cabinet interior is hot, they are controlled by temp sensors located inside the set, video-tek
