Remove the grates and burner heat deflectors. There are 4 screws on the knob panel, 2 on the left and 2 on the right. Remove the screws and pull back about a inch or two. I found it helpful to open all the doors a bit to rest the panel on them. The burners should remove easily once this is done. Replace the burner tubes and be sure tubes have holes facing up on the one side for correct heat distribution. When placing the knob panel back on, make sure that burner tubes go onto the gas control knob correctly. Replace screws on the knob panel.

Need assembly instructions for a jackaroo flinders 4 burner bbq

It is a discontinued product so you are probably going to have to just lay all the parts out and guess. You could also look for assembly instructions for a similar BBQ made by Weber. They all follow a logical sequence.

I did find reviews, you could ask if anyone has the manual and when you ask a question, the question is sent to those who have reviewed already.

Need to know the process (steps) in replacing the burners on a 51" natural gas grill. The are two buners, one that is a 3 burner and one that is a 2 burner. Is there a manual that can be...

For what it's worth, here is a link to the Owner's Manual for your grill. It makes no reference to routine maintenance, as far as burner removal for cleaning or replacement is concerned. Which, I must say is a first for me. Even the cheapest grill on the market includes instructions for how to remove the burners for cleaning.

My coleman roadtrip grill is new/unused. I followed all the directions for set up the propane tank and the burners will not light. i can't hear anything and it seems like the propane is just not...

If you don't mind turning OFF the tank vale and disconnecting the hose one more time, follow these instructions.

Starting with the tank valve Off and the hose disconnected, turn the burners on for 1 minute and then turn them OFF. Wait 4 more minutes, reconnect the hose to the tank and turn the tank valve ON VERY, VERY SLOWLY. (Slow motion, slow). Once the valve is full open, light one burner and turn it to it's highest setting. Is the burner lit and burning? Does the flame height look correct? If so, light the remaining burner, repeating what you did with the first burner. Does this burner's flame height look correct? If so, you solved the problem.

If it didn't solve the problem, check to be sure, there's actually enough gas in the tank to sustain combustion. If that checks out alright, you have two options. 1.The grill is still under warranty, contact Coleman for repairs or replacement 2. Depending on how long ago your bought it, return it to the place of purchase for a refund or replacement. In either scenario, you will need your Proof of Purchase.

If you completed everything I suggested and the burners still aren't getting gas, it's a case of manufacturer defect. And yes, it does happen.

Good luck. I sincerely hope it all works out for you and you solve the problem.

Converting outdoor double side burner to LP use?

Replace or convert your pressure regulator. Plug and redrill all orifices 10 orifice sizes smaller or readjust your burner orifices. Adjust air shutters. Replace standing pilots with LP ones (if applicable). Nothing to it.

Before you go replacing things check them out. If the burner is in poor shape (holes that are rusted out) it needs replaced. You also need to replace the ventura tubes or at least clean them out. One little spider web will cause a lot of problems on a grill burner. You also need to check and see if your regulator is working at the proper pressure

Replacement of gas burners

Hello, The model number that you gave is relatively simple to change the burners.
  1. Remove the 3 cooking grids
  2. Remove the 3 vaporizer tents
  3. Between each burner is a "pal nut" that just pushes on and will likely be destroyed when you remove it. They run a couple bucks each at Sears, part # 7000132
  4. This will release the carry over tube holding the burners down and the burners can be lifted out.
  5. Ensure that you clean out the carry over tube when you reassemble. This carries the flame from the first burner across to each of the rest of the burners when lighting them.
  6. Reassemble in the reverse order ensuring that you put the burner tubes over the burner valve tubes when reassembling.
You can find a parts listing with the parts numbers at: http://www.charbroil.com/Parts/80/Performance-Series.aspx

If this was helpful, please vote yes. Thank You!!
