You too !?! Huh..we got the same issue with our T-20,Service centre says we need to change the Lens which'll cost us 4,800 Rupees here in India !
We might as well Buy a new one....Nikon this time !

i have the same problem with my t20. i spoke to a sony shop in the uk and they said it was the motion sensor. it should be able to be done under warranty but youll need to go back to where you bought it.
Well, it seems that this is either a manufacturing defect or a defective/sub-standard part being used in the product. It would do Sony well to address this problem immediately so that all of us Sony lovers would continue to believe in their products. If this can be solved via a firmware upgrade then I hope Sony can guide us through it.
