Question about HP iPAQ h6315/h6365 Pocket PC
i really need your assistance. ii just purchase a used hp ipaq h6315 which works but all effort to make it talk to my pc has proven futile. i keep on having error message: 'usb does not recognize the device' but the computer recognizes any other usb except the ipaq. to my suprise i connected a friends ipaq h6315, same model and was recognized. i tried again with mine but it did not work. is something wrong with my ipaq? pls tell me so that i can return it as soon as possible. thanks
Turn off CPU, Unplug Power cable, And all usb devices, let it sit for about 20mins. Plug it all back in. Turn on the CPU! Also make sure if your device requires "DRIVERS" or if you have a CD download and install that before anything.
