Question about Computers & Internet
Hi,
You either don't have a powerfull enough graphics card or the games that you are trying to install don't meet your system specs.
If you have a desktop computer then you will be able to purchase a far more powerfull graphics card.
If its a laptop then you have no chance of playing the games that you are trying to play.
Before buying a game or download one check the minimum system requirements of the game before you install it.
Regards.

You need a better graphics card than the one you have. Always check that your system meets the minimum requirements for the game you are installing.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
