These are the memory modules for your notebook, any others won't work. The max is 1024mb

You need these modules:
PC133 512MB (PA3108U-1M51)
PC133 256MB (PA3086U-1M25)
PC133 128MB (PA3085U-1M12)

If the modules you've installed meet the above criteria then make sure they are seated correctly.

Bear in mind it is always possible one of the modules is defective so try them one at a time, also they are non-eec.

I need to know what RAM I should use in my Compaq Presario 5000 desktop computer

You have three Ram Memory slots.

EACH ram memory slot's maximum amount is 256MB
Total Maximum Amount for the computer is 768MB.

Uses SDR Sdram ram memory.

[Single Data Rate Sdram. Commonly just referred to as Sdram.

That is a misnomer.
All ram memory from SDR to DDR3 IS Sdram.

Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory.

SDR Sdram = Single Data Rate Sdram
DDR Sdram = Double Data Rate Sdram
DDR2 Sdram = Double Data Rate 2 Sdram
DDR3 Sdram = Double Data Rate 3 Sdram

Just thought i would share ]

Uses SDR Sdram that operates at a frequency rate of 133MegaHertz. (133MHz)
Also known as PC133.

Make sure it is,

A) Non-Buffered
B) Non-ECC
C) Low density
D) CAS Latency of 3 (CL3)
E) Uses 3.3 Volts

Here's an example,

How many slots for dram chipsets? For AZ11/ AZ31 motherboard? Thanks!

FIC AZ11 (First International Computer {Inc}

3 Ram Memory slots.
Supports SDR Sdram at 100MegaHertz, or 133MHz. (PC100, and PC133 respectively)

Maximum Total Amount is 1.5GB
Maximum Amount for EACH ram memory slot is 512MB. (1/2GB.)

Uses the VIA KT133 motherboard chipset,
(Northbridge - VIA VT8363
Southbridge - VIA VT82C686A/B)

Having trouble located ram for my comptur

It's SDR Sdram that operates at a frequency rate of 133Megahertz.
(133MHz)
Commonly known as PC133.

(SDR stands for Single Data Rate
SDR Sdram is commonly just referred to as Sdram.
A slight misnomer.

ALL Ram Memory from SDR Sdram to DDR3 Sdram, IS Sdram.
Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory

DDR Sdram?
Double Data Rate Sdram
DDR2 Sdram?
Double Data Rate 2 Sdram
DDR3 Sdram?
Double Data Rate 3 Sdram)

Should be low density, unbuffered, Non-ECC, and have a CAS Latency of 3. (CL3)
Ram Timings of 3-2-2-2, and a DRAM configuration of 16Meg X 64 for a 128MB ram memory module
Voltage is 3.3 Volts

From sources, it's indicated that the Total maximum amount is 256MB, but sources could be mistaken.
Two ram memory slots, that for EACH slot the maximum amount is 128MB.
(I'm thinking the total maximum amount should be at least 512MB's)

You might try these guy's,

http://www.crucial.com/store/listparts.aspx?model=300%20Series%20%28SDRAM%29

If possible I would call them to confer first, and have the model number from the back of the computer handy.

I have 512 sd ram but i another 128,128 sd ram do included but its not working how can i solves this problem

The D815EEA2 motherboard only supports 512MB RAM maximum - I'm afraid there is no way to add more to it.

From Intel's description of the model:
Intel 815 Memory: Three 133MHz SDRAM DIMM sockets. Supports a maximum 512MB of 133MHz SDRAM

Tried to upgrade ram with 2 new pc133 sticks of 256mb ea. Didn't work. What's wrong? Are there switches on the motherboard I need to change? Or something else?

No there are no DIP switches to change, or jumpers to move on your motherboard, in regards to your BIOS recognizing ram memory installed.
(BIOS. Basic Input/Output System. This tiny program, {64MB in size usually}, that is burned into your BIOS chipset, is what recognizes ram memory on your computer)

Things to know about the older Sdram ram memory.
1.It's really SDR Sdram. Single Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory.
DDR is Double Data Rate Sdram, DDR2 is Double Data Rate 2 Sdram, and so on.

Point? All ram from SDR to DDR3, IS Sdram.

2.Standards have been set by JEDEC for computer ram memory starting from DDR Sdram on up. This standards were not implemented back in the day of SDR Sdram.

Point? Ram memory manufacturers didn't all follow the same standard, and ram memory made for one computer, would Not work in another computer.
This means you need THE ram memory for YOUR eMachines computer.

Main factors when buying SDR Sdram,
A.Correct type. You know this. SDR Sdram.
168 gold plated contact pins on the bottom of the ram 'stick'. (82 on each side)

B.Correct 'Speed'. ('Speed' is slang for Frequency Rate) You know this. SDR Sdram that operates at a frequency rate of 133MHz. (Or also known as PC133)

C.It must be low density Non-ECC ram memory. It cannot be high density ECC. (Error Control Correcting. Used for Server computers mostly)

D.Correct CAS Latency. Also known as Ram Timings. 3-3-3-3-2 would be normal for SDR Sdram.

E.Correct Chip Configuration. How the DRAM chips are accessed. DRAM chips are the black rectangular chips on each side of your ram memory 'stick'. Also what size the DRAM chips are in MegaBytes. (MB)

F.What the Maximum TOTAL Amount is for the motherboard. Is it 256MB? 512MB? Or more?

G.What the Maximum Amount is for EACH ram 'slot'. (Correct speak for 'Slot' is Bank)

H.Do you have four ram 'slots'? You MUST have a ram stick in Slot 1. This is the slot closest to the processor. It is the first ram slot the processor 'reads'.

Memory upgrade

According to ASROCK who seems to be the manufacturer (please check the picture against your motherboard to be sure) it will support up to 2GB of DDR266 (in two 1GB sticks). Note that some motherboards can be "picky" about memory even though it's all supposed to be compatible. I recommend taking it to a shop so that they can try the memory in the machine before you buy it. Also, you can only run SDR or DDR chips, NOT BOTH. Just want to make sure that you don't fry your motherboard!

Personally, I'd recomment getting two 512MB sticks to get a total of 1GB. More than that is probably overkill for an old computer, although less than that and you'll probably wish you had more. More never hurts, but it doesn't help if you don't need/use it.
