Question about Toshiba Satellite Pro 6000 Notebook
My toshiba sp6000 doesn´t work with the new bought 512MB SDR 133Mhz chips.
originally there was just one bank filled with a 128mb chip.
when I start the computer there is only a beep.nothing more.
These are the memory modules for your notebook, any others won't work. The max is 1024mb
You need these modules:
PC133 512MB (PA3108U-1M51)
PC133 256MB (PA3086U-1M25)
PC133 128MB (PA3085U-1M12)
If the modules you've installed meet the above criteria then make sure they are seated correctly.
Bear in mind it is always possible one of the modules is defective so try them one at a time, also they are non-eec.
