I had the same problem! i just decided to experiment on my laptop with my device and see if i could fix it myself. what you have to do is connect you mp3 player to your pc and in windows media player click the down button on the sync menu. it should say opal leading you to another menu to your right. you should see format. click that and that will erase all info on your mp3 player. hope i helped! :-)

Not openig by songs

Hi, First copied all my songs to my computer. Then formatted the player (right click on player icon and hit 'format'). Finally, to double sure, hit the 'reset' button on the player. There is small pin-hole opening next to the USB port and used a paper-clip to hit the reset button. Copied my songs back onto the player. Player is back to normal. i hope this will be helpfull to you.

I cant put back music om my mp3 player

Hello

Try formatting the mmp3 player on he player itself. If you do not have this function in the software of your player, try to reset the mp3 player by pushing a pin into the small hole somewhere on the mp3 player for about 5 seconds. Hope this can solve your problem.

Best regards

Firmware Problem?

If a reset does not work using the reset hole, then try this: First, back up all of your music and do this: Turn off the player and disconnect it from the computer. Then press and hold the play/puse button and turn it on simultaneously. The player should be in recovery mode. Scroll down and select format (all) and let it format. Then reload all of music back onto your player and it should work like new. Hope this helps!

There is a small pin hole reset button, you will need a small pin to push the button on the inside, hold the button for about 20 seconds.

Mp3 STUCK!!!

Try pressing the reset button at the back of the player with a bent paper clip. It is a tiny hole labeled reset. You shouldn't loose your music.

Windows media player won't let me sinc

On top of the unit, just to the right of the ear phone jack, there is a small hole the size of a pin. You can reset this unit with a pin, and then it will accept a sync again, or at least it did for me.
