Try this site: http://www.logitech.com/en-za/480/3385?WT.z_sp=Image. Click on the Downloads link and select your OS (Win98 or Me). If that isn't a match, try clicking the Not the Right Product? Search Again link (on the lower left hand side of the page. Look for a similar picture or try the Still Can't Find Your Product link on the lower right hand side. Alternatively, go to the Support tab and choose Product support. Usually Logitech puts the model number in the bottom or rear of the unit (molded in, using a contrasting chalk to coat the numbers or taking a rubbing to read the numbers often makes it easier to read), inside a battery compartment on a label or under the batteries (for some wireless devices) or on a label attached to the USB cord.
I hope this helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Be sure the camera is plugged into the USB port before
running the program.
As you run the program, write down the info about the camera so you will know what you have .
Double click on this site and download the Camera Diagnostic Tool and run it to check out your camera and/or problem.
I ran the diagnostic on my camera to give you an idea how well it works.
Give it a try.
Hope this helps. Bud
