The last thing you would do is to delete all everything. BUT it will work: Try doing a "Factory Reset" in your Sansa Connect player -or- you can try doing a "Sansa Recovery Tool" at: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1532, go to it for more info.......
