Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Can not open mail when I get into hotmail

Hotmail is a free email service that is provided by the Microsoft Internet network. It can be frustrating when you have trouble logging into your Hotmail account. However, there are some troubleshooting steps you can take to help solve common issues with the Hotmail web service. These steps are easy to follow and do not require any technical knowledge.

Make sure you are using the most up-to-date browser. The Hotmail web interface is designed to work with the most recent iterations of the Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers. If you are using an old or unsupported browser, try updating (or downloading) the newest Internet Explorer or Firefox browser. See Resources below for links to the most up-to-date browsers. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/default.aspx http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html?from=getfirefox Make sure your temporary files cache is cleared. If Hotmail has updated its system recently and you have old temporary files in your system memory, they can cause critical errors. Create Menu tab right click in the top of screen (toolbar) you will see a number of toolbar options select the menu bar This will add to your screen toolbar File Edit View Favorites Tools and Help Go to your browser's "Tools" menu and select "Options." From the pop-up menu select the temporary cache files, then use the "Clear" or "Delete" function. Then restart your browser and try again. Download the Microsoft XP patch. If you are using the Windows XP operating system and are still experiencing issues with the Hotmail interface, there is a patch you can download to solve known issues between Windows XP and Hotmail. See Resources below for a download link for this patch. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;813442

Adobe flash plug in has been crushed

If the flash player has crashed once, then it may not be a problem but if this is occurring repeatedly, then try to upgrade your flash player. If your flash player is up-to-date, then it may be the incompatibility between the flash player and the web-browser. In that case, try to have both the most recent updated browsers, like Mozilla Firefox 4, Google Chrome 12 or IE 8 or IE 9 and corresponding updated flash player.

To download latest softwares, click on the links below:
  1. Adobe Flash Player IE (for Internet Explorer, Avant, etc)
  2. Adobe Flash Player Non-IE (for Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, etc)
  3. Mozilla Firefox 4 RC
  4. Google Chrome 12 Beta
If you use Firefox or Chrome as browser, then Flash Player for Non-IE is sufficient, but still I recommend you to install both the IE and Non-IE flash players.

Hope this helps,
Regards,

When I click on the new mail notification icon A new window opens and I get the message "Firefox can't find the server at \\login.yahoo.com\config\reset_cookies_token." How do I fix this?

Hello,
Open firefox, go under Tools and select Clear Recent History. A new windows will pop up, be sure that cookies is selected and then press OK.

At this point try again, if you get the sam error it could be that your firewall or anti virus is blocking the communication with Yahoo without accepting cookies. To test it try to lower the security level of your anitvirus or firewall or completely close it for a quick test.

Please report the outcome of the test to further help you if necessary.

I cannot send out e mail on my yahoo account with facebook its okay

Like what they've asked if you are using an email client like Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Windows Mail etc. If you are not using any mail client I presume you are using an internet browser. Are you using Internet explorer 6, 7 or 8? or you are using Firefox? I'll just mention the mostly used browser.

You can try these steps I provided if you are using any of the browser I provided below. Note: This will remove all the things stored in your web browser.

Optimizing IE 6
http://www.pc-washer.com/optimize-windows/optimize-ie6.php

Optimizing IE7 and 8
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/936213

Optimizing Firefox 3.5.5 up
1. Open Firefox
2. Click Tools
3. Click Clear Recent History
4. On the drop down menu choose "Everything"
5. Press ok then restart firefox

I hope this helped you.

I have two questions. after I get the box "microsoft has encountered a problem i choose do not sent and it automatically closes my who web site and i have to go back on desk top to connect...

What is happening is the IE window is crashing, Removing Updates will not help with this at all, It is very much essential to have all the updates that Microsoft puts out as they often patch their buggy software. Now the Cause of your Crash could be just about anything so I would bring this to a Professional to check out, But until that time, I would download and Install Mozilla Firefox, You will not experience as many problems with this at all
