Make sure the batteries' voltage are exactly the same as the batteries you replaced. If you are still having the same issue even if the batteries' voltage are the same, update me with the brand and model of your machine.
i have a question. when the display fades off, does the unit still functions? i mean do you still able to make a call or receive text messages or the keypad lights still illuminates even the display fades off?
If the answer is yes, then the new lcd that you have just replaced recently is defective. have it replaced again but now to a different source. maybe the lcd that you replaced is not a good quality.
if the answers is no. have your unit reprogram, it has a corrupted software.
Hope I helped you in your problem... Don't forget to rate me OK! thanks...
You still have random misfires (PO300)
You most likely replaced those coils that set a code, and those were not the one bad offender, spiking the computer module.
Take a new coil and put in a cylinder,no change, replace old coil and move new one to next cylinder. You can do that once or twice a day, if you have nothing else to do. You need a 90 degree day, to really get that solved, unless you have an ignition oscilloscope.
Never had a bad spark plug in 45 years.
I have seen this problem on other equipment with LCD screens. The connection between the LDC screen and the circuit board is an elastomeric connector. To see if this might be the problem, squeeze the phone along each edge of the LCD screen (front to back) and see if you can get the display to come back or get any better. If so, the contacting area on the circuit board needs cleaning.
