Tells me password is incorrect - Yahoo Mail

Either you're entering it incorrectly (caps lock?) or someone has "hacked" into your account and changed the password on you.

Click eBay and click "sign in". On the next page, click "Forgot Password" as shown below:

Provide the info requested or if unable to, click the Contact Customer Service link as shown below:


You should change the password for any account used with ebay specifically Paypal if it is the same - or an easy password to guess.

Use your e-mail to reset your password.

Do what I did. Download 'Password Unlocker Bundle'. Its free. Follow the install instructions and then boot up from the CD that you'll create. You can remove the pasword(s), but then you'll need to reset them when you get online. Bad thing is, you'll need to create the CD from another PC.....I've used my CD many times. Hope this helps....

It may be that your password is incorrect, not your username. Check to see if your caps lock is on and that your capitalization is correct in both your username and password. If it continues to fail, click the "forgotten password" link and it will help you reset or retrieve your information through your email.

Did your son reset the tablet password, or your google account password? if it was the google account password then if you go to the GMail website you can reset your password there. Its saying its incorrect because the information which is being entered is wrong

Well, you can reset your PC.

Be sure that CAPS LOCK is not turned on.

Be sure that you have not used LEFT-SHIFT-and-CTRL to select a different input language (such as French).

Reboot, and press F8 to get a menu. Choose "Safe Mode".
You should be able to reset the password.

The only solution is to contact Hotmail support. Unfortunately, there is no other way if you have not set up an alternate enail address where your new password can be sent.
