It is due to incompatibilty with your current windows version or i think it requires special software like flash player to run it. just read at the back of your cd/dvd cover for system requirements.

How to change my computer language windows vista ultimate

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925471
Guys,

It's really easy how to change the language of vista home premium or basic without spending a single dollar. Microsoft thiefs!!! Ok, this is how I changed it from english to spanish for my dear uncle. Follow these easy steps:

1) Go to www.froggie.sk
2) Download the Vistalizator (You should save it, not run it just in case you wish to use it again to revert languages as you wish). Open the application and minimize you will need it soon.
3) Under language packs, click the MUI for your operating system (If you do not know your operating system click on the windows logo on the menu bar and type system on the search bar. A list of programs will show, simply click on "system" and a page will open up with the information you need. If you have a service pack 1 installed it will say it).
4) A List of languages will show up, simply click on the language you want to revert vista to and save it in a folder you know how to get to. (If you run it, vista will automatically tell you that your system has reached a limit on the number of languages it is authorized to have).
5) Unminimize or open vistalizator (for those who did not minimize the program), and click on "add languages" and go to the folder you decided to save your MUI language of choice. Once this is done it will install the language. You will now see "internal" language (default one you want to change) and the "express" language (the one you just added.
6) Click on the Language you just added to the list and click "change language." After this I think it will suggest to update the language. If you choose not to it will reboot the computer and when it restarts the language will be changed. That it it!!!

Now for those who want to know how to update the language:

1) Go to www.froggie.com and under program click "download"
2) Save "Windows Update Agent" and "Windows Search 4.0" for your operating system in a known folder.
3) Open vistalizator, highlight the "express" language and click on "update languages" a message will pop up telling you that you need the applications you just saved. Browse one and click ok. Must repeat this step to browse second application.
4) Once done with both applications, click on "update language" and it might update if it has one if not it will tell you that this language has latest update

I have an ibook g3 , it works ok with mac os x but when i shut down , it did not want to open again on osx, it apears the ? question and not start again, and if i shut down the dark screan apears, please...

We ran a typical Ibook G3 14 inch battery of tests, including games, applications, and a couple other areas. Time constraints limited the amount of testing we could get done before the NDA lift (and it's already a few hours late), but we will be providing a follow-up article with further testing and information. That said, if there are any specific areas that you'd like to see tested, feel free to e-mail me or leave a comment.

I need to install or downloads Arabic language into my computer languages so I can type using Arabic keyboard thank you very much sam

Setting Up Arabic in Windows XP

Adding the Language to Windows

The following instructions will help you to set up your keyboard layout for Arabic that matches the DataCal Keyboard Labels.

Step 1. Install Supplemental Language Support
The Arabic language requires that you install Supplemental Language Support before you can set it up in Windows.
  1. Select the Start button in the lower left corner of the Desktop.
  2. Select the Control Panel (or, if you are using the Windows Classic Setting, select Settings > Control Panel).
  3. In the Control Panel, double-click the Regional and Language Options item.
  4. In the Regional and Languages dialog box, click on the Languages tab. In the Supplemental language support section, click on the Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai) option (see Figure below).
  5. Click on the Apply button in the lower right corner of the dialog box and then click on the OK button. You may be prompted to insert your Windows install CD into the CD drive.

Step 2. Add Language to Windows
  1. In the Control Panel, double-click the Regional and Language Options item.
  2. In the Regional and Languages dialog box, click on the Languages tab.
1. Click on the Details button in the Text services and input languages section of the Language tab to open the Text Services and Input Languages dialog box.

2. To add a language, click the Add button in the Installed services section to open the Add Input Language dialog box.

3. Click on the arrow to the right of the selector in the Input language selector and scroll to Arabic.

4. The Keyboard Layout/IME should default to the Arabic keyboard layout. If it does not, click on the arrow to the right of the selector in the Keyboard layout/IME selector and scroll to the Arabic keyboard layout. Note that there often are different keyboard layouts for a language. You should select the language and keyboard layout that matches the DataCal Keytop Label.

5. After you select the language and keyboard layout, click on the OK button to close the Add input language dialog box.

6. When you return to the Text services and input languages dialog box, you will see the new input language and keyboard layout included in the Installed Services box.

7. Click on the Apply button to apply the changes to the new layout. Note that each language features a small blue box in the Installed services section with 2 letters that indicates the language. English is designated as EN.

196bdcc.gif
  1. If you do not wish to add any additional languages or layouts, you can click on OK to close the Text services and input languages dialog box. When you return to the Windows Desktop, you can see the language bar in the lower right corner of the Desktop.
  2. To change the language and keyboard layout, click on the two-letter language selector box with the left mouse button to open the language selector menu.
  3. Click on the language that you wish to use in the language selector pop up menu.
The language you select will remain in effect in active Windows application until you select a different language. For example, if you select the Arabic language and keyboard layout in Microsoft Excel and English in Microsoft Word, each application will use that keyboard layout until you exit the application or you select a different language.

Default Keyboard Layout

If you wish to make a particular keyboard layout the default Windows layout (i.e., to be used in all Windows applications), open the Text services and input languages dialog box.
Select the desired keyboard layout to be the default in the Default input language section of the dialog box.

I hope it helps.
