I am looking for a parts breakdown for the ingersoll rand p180 compressor

SOURCE: The oil fill plug broke on my Ingersoll Rand R 242-5n

Remove it and try a NAPA auto parts store. If they can't help I'd try Graingers.

The red, black, and blue wires should go in any order to the 3-phase motor starter. Reverse any two of these wires to reverse the motor, and bump start the motor until rotation is verified . Not sure about the yellow and brown wires--they may go to the motor starter as an over-temp shutdown or as power to the unloader valve to close it when the motor runs and opens the valve when the motor is off. sounds like your air filter is plugged causing it to collapse the hose trying to draw air
