Do you mean out of the headphones. if so just try moving the headphone plug around in the audio jack but also keep the music plying to tell if you have figured the problem out or maybe just try a new or different pair of headphones

The screen is dim it is on the last song played it won't do anything won't turn off but won't play either, It worked fine this morning help please It is a sansa clip 2gb I've had it since Sept. 09

Sansa Clip won't turn off right? push up power button and hold it for 10 to 20 second, your device will turn off now.
After that, you should update your new firmware from sandisk forum, you should check Sansa Clip or Sansa Clip+ from the following web,
http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/
Good luck

My girlfriend downloaded a video from her cell on to a Kingston 2GB MicroSD memory card. She is trying play the video with windows media player, but it does not recognized the file. What does she need to...

If you're trying to play it on the Sansa you need to use Sansa Media Converter to get it into a format the Sansa understands. If you are trying to play it in Windows then you need to have the right codec installed. To do that you'll need to know what format the video is in (MPEG-2? MPEG-4? etc.) and then find the right codec via Google and install it.
