Question about Archos Clipper MP3 Player

1 Answer

I have deleted all visible files on my clipper - but it keeps playing 5 or 6 files which I can't delete or even see as being on the clipper. I've tried looking for hidden files but there don't seem to be any. Am I doomed to have these files on forever?

The link below walks you through showing all hidden files and folders. Be sure you also uncheck hide system files as well.

http://www.fixya.com/support/r4654744-show_hidden_files_folders

Note the hidden files may be some of the players operating system files. So once you can see them you will want to make sure that they are not the operating system files before you delete them. If you do delete the operating system files this will cause the player not to work properly.

Let me know if you have any more problems or questions

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.
