I had the same problem...this is what you do. u check to see if you have a magnetic phone case or if ur phone has been exposed to any magnets. idk why but magnets mess up the screen rotation. all u have to do is take a magnet and pass over the phone once and it should go back to normal. but dont ever expose the phone to any magnets.
