You can resolve this problem by trying the solution i posted belowt

1. disable your firewalls or anti virus software
2. try it on another computer for isolation purpose
3. try another web browser. ( firefox, google chrome)
4. Your internet connection might be slow
5. if you have installed recently a software, you can uninstall it and see if it will fix your problem. Some software you download on the net specially games causes this problem.
6. clear your browser settings by goin to the internet options and clear history.
7. try to think of the recent changes you made that causes this to happen

I cant watch you tube

Hi welcome to fixya. Hope u 'll be fine

your request is a bad or oversized cookie. (The same thing is true for request Error 400").
Simply solution is delete your "Cookies" Don't worry about erasing them;nothing bad will happen. You won't lose your internet browser "Bookmarks" or "Favorites"
As you're dumping your cookies, you should also erase all your "Temporary Internet Files" and "History". When u 'll d this your computer 'll be totally fresh in YouTube's.
After doing this restart your PC
whatever u r using browser to delete cookies, history and temporary internet files Go to Tools > Internet Options
See where is the option of "Delete Cookies and Clear History. Click on respective options to delete them

I hope this solutions will work and helpful 4 u. Best of luck
Please do rate if it is helpful
THANKS
& keep using fixya

400 BAD REQUEST error

This appears to be a communication problem between the YouTube server and cookies. Since deleting all cookies hasn't worked, try reducing the privacy level on your browser (Tools/Internet Options/Privacy tab). Maybe this is set too high. Medium setting should be OK unless you have high security issues.

If that doesn't work try changing to another browser ie if using Firefox then switch to Internet Explorer.

400 bad request

Clear your browser cache (temporary internet files) & cookie And again try to load you tube.
If that doesn't work, use a different browser. E.g. Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera. NOT IE.
If that doesn't work, then use Proxy.

The reason behind the error:

I cant enter hotmail it says http 400 Bad Request

hi.

Cause The 400 Bad Request error is an HTTP status code that means that the request you sent to the website server (i.e. a request to load a web page) was somehow malformed therefore the server was unable to understand or process the request.

Resolution
  1. Check for errors in the URL. The most common reason for a 400 Bad Request error is because the URL was typed wrong or the link that was clicked on points to a URL with some kind of mistake in it.

  2. Though it's rare, the 400 Bad Request error could be an issue with the web site's server that you are trying to access. You may want to attempt to contact the webmaster or another site contact and inform them of the error message. The webmaster of most Internet sites can be reached via email at [email protected], replacing website.com with the actual website name.
