There should be a bluetooth icon by the clock (Bottom Right Side of Screen). If not it can also be accessed by going to Start > Control Panel > Bluetooth Devices.

This small freeware utility will try to install generic Microsoft driver for your bluetooth adapter. The program is based on a widely known method of patching %WinDir%\inf\bth.inf file.
It works for most (but not all) bluetooth adapters, both USB dongles and built-in. (See the list of bluetooth devices and hardware IDs known to work. Note that this list is not exhaustive.)
this will open up an array of drivers from mouse keyboard to printers routers webcams for a Mac Unix Linux and Windows operating systems freeware and shareware to suit multiple usb devices
there are many blue tooth drivers on the web
