these people are right and there is definitely some hardware issues with your computer...which can be repaired but not really worth the money or effort.

Check its RAM. Clean and reseat. You can use pencil eraser but not the rough type, clean its edge connector.

have you tried just running your hand across the keys to unstick them? This happened to mine and I just rand my hand across all of the keys...turns out that a key was "Stuck" and this "unstuck" them...then I turned it on just fine.
