Casio WK-3300 intermittent display problem

I had the same problem after my keyboard sat for awhile unused, with the display not working, which probably indicates kamangaezeki was right about it being a flash problem. The solution for me was to take the batteries out, unplug the ac, replug it, and then power on while holding the transpose button. This appears to have reset the display, works fine now

Wont take a picture unless I turn off the flash

Here are some simple things to try first for a camera that won't take a picture when the shutter button is pressed, or with an inoperative flash. They won't work for every case, but they're worth a try:

KDF-55WF655 Power Issues

Solution # 1 was no help - I talked to some moron at Sony who said to contact a service person. Waste of 30 minutes.

Here is what I did:

I was having the same problem. I am no expert, but what I read on-line is that it was likely the lamp needing replaced, that the lamp toward the end of its life will flicker and cause the TV to "reboot". I had no Red Lamp replacement light, so I wondered if that was really the problem. But, I bought a replacement lamp for $110 plus shipping, and replaced it last night - TV is working great now. I would try replacing the lamp on yours first yourself (if the lamp is older than 2 yrs), then if that does not work, contact a service person. Don't have a service person replace it, because I have heard many people say they paid $400 for a replacement lamp service, and I did it for under $140 with overnight shipping charge for the new lamp. My original lamp lasted 4 years, so I was lucky to not have this problem sooner. As long as the green light is flashing more than 10 times before the picture comes back on, it is likely the lamp. For 10 or less flashes it could indicate another problem.

Hope this help!

Flasing red light

The flashing red indicates that either the fileter cover or the lamp cover is not installed correctly. If both are installed properly and secured, the unit will require service.
