I just had the same problem, did a little research on the internet and here's the solution. The manufacturer is Nostalgia Electrics. Just find their web site online at http://www.nostalgiaelectrics.com/ click on their customer service link. then scroll down to the download manual form and pick the margarator. and you can download the pdf of the instruction manual.
